Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the competition advertised on www.londonjewelleryweek.co.uk

• To enter this competition you must be a UK resident and over 18 years of age
• Only one entry per person per prize draw can be accepted
• Only one entry is permitted per person and per household
• Competition entries must be made via the website www.londonjewelleryweek.co.uk
• Any questions regarding the competition should be submitted via email to info@londonjewelleryweek.co.uk
• The closing date for entries is 11.59pm on Monday 16th June 2008. Winners will be selected at random after the competition closes on Tuesday 17th June 2008 and will be notified within 72 hours via email from Coutts London Jewellery Week.
• Prizes consist of ten goody bags each with a minimum value of £500 and will be distributed to winners by Monday 30th June 2008
• There is no cash alternative, prizes are non-refundable and all elements of the prize are non-transferable
• By entering the competition the winner agrees to sign up to receive emails from Coutts London Jewellery Week. You may opt out by emailing info@londonjewelleryweek.co.uk at any time
• Data Protection and Privacy Policy: Coutts London Jewellery Week takes your privacy seriously and complies with data protection legislation such as the Data Protection Act 1998: We will only collect personal information (name and email address) which you have provided voluntarily to us and will not pass your details on to third parties
• The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
