Amanda Brighton

Amanda Brighton is an Anglo-Tibetan jewellery designer based in London. Amanda's early years in Thailand and India ignited a passion for the exotic in all her designs, merging influences from both the East and West. She will be exhibiting at Treasure at the Tower of London from 12th-15th June.

Ana de Costa

A 'heroine' in every sense of the word, Ana de Costa had built up a great portfolio of experience even before starting her degree course at Central St Martins. Ana's designs are influenced by her Latin heritage, her extensive travels, a bohemian touch and her passion for the decadence of the Art Nouveau era.

Arabelle Morgan

Arabelle's work is breathtaking, with a collection of exotic creations that are reminiscent of a decadence and sensuality from a bygone era. A Parisienne now living in London, Arabelle discovered the world of fine jewellery whilst working at Bulgari, Van Cleef and Chaumet in Paris. Arabelle's jewellery is to be launched in Selfridges and Kabiri this summer.

Assya

Tessa Grazzini's beautiful and exceptional handmade designs have won Assya many high profile retailers and a clientele of all ages. Tessa works with 18 carat gold vermeil and specially-sourced semi-precious stones. There will also be a chance to preview the Autumn/Winter '08 Collection on Friday 13th June from 11am until 4pm.

Cockpit Arts

Cockpit Arts, the self-styled 'creative business incubator for designer-makers' is home to 165 small businesses. During Coutts London Jewellery Week Cockpit Arts will be hosting Open Studios, where visitors can watch over 100 new and established jewellers, craftspeople and artists at work. Pieces will be for sale and there will be a chance to talk to the creators in their workshops.

Hannah Martin

Hannah is a one of the most talented newcomers to the industry, designing bespoke creations, mostly for men. The ethos behind her pieces is 'jewellery for men that women can steal'. Hannah is taking part in Runway Rocks with Swarovski on Wednesday 11th June.

If you combine Ming's obsession with jewellery, her passion for Eastern cultures and her expertise in gemmology, the finished result is incredible every time. Ming's new show-stopping emerald creation is to be unveiled for Coutts London Jewellery Week during a champagne evening held in her store on Thursday 12th June.

Born in Hong Kong and trained as a goldsmith at London Metropolitan University, Sarah Ho began designing jewellery from an early age. Her style is inspired by geometric forms, with strong clean lines incorporating stylised architectural shapes. The style of SHO is very distinctive, earning Sarah Ho instant praise from the fashion and jewellery press. She has a passion for fashion and an eye for meticulous detail in selecting stones.

 

Students at Central St Martins

The jewellery students of Central St Martins build on the continuing success of the college by pushing the boundaries of art and design to create exemplary pieces of jewellery. Third year jewellery students will be displaying their creations at the Central St Martins Degree Show during Coutts London Jewellery Week. The final year collections are open for preview, by appointment, on Thursday 12th June.

Students at London

Metropolitan University London Metropolitan University is a centre of excellence in applied art, media, and design with state-of-the-art facilities and workshops. The collections from the final year jewellery design students at the Sir John Cass Department of Art, Media and Design are being previewed for their Summer Show, which is on throughout Coutts London Jewellery Week. It will be a fantastic showcase of over 2,000 pieces of work in 2D, 3D and time-based media at one of London's most exciting graduate art shows.

Treasure

Organised by the East London Design Show, Treasure at the Tower of London will run from 12th-15th June 2008 and is destined to be one of the major events of Coutts London Jewellery Week. The event will showcase the very best of visionary design, cutting-edge technology and new creative talent, providing a platform for 50 pioneering British contemporary jewellery designers.
